About CourtKu

• CourtKu lets you find and book sports courts at venues in Brunei.
• Each venue runs its own courts. When you book, your booking is with that venue. CourtKu provides the booking system.
• By booking on CourtKu, you agree to these terms.

Booking a court

• Every booking is in 1-hour slots, from today up to as far ahead as the venue allows.
• Give your real name, a phone number the venue can reach you on, and an email for your confirmation.
• If you pay by bank transfer, we hold your slots for 10 minutes. Send your receipt in that time or the slots are released for others.
• The venue checks every transfer by hand. If the money doesn't arrive, the venue may cancel the booking.
• If you pay in cash, pay at the counter when you arrive.
• Book only what you mean to play. Venues may cancel bookings that look fake, and we may block repeated fake bookings.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

• To change or cancel a booking, or to ask for a refund, contact the venue. Their own policy applies.
• The venue may move your booking to another court or time, or cancel it. If you gave an email, we tell you when they do.
• CourtKu doesn't hold or refund money: payments go straight to the venue.

At the venue

• Follow the venue's house rules and arrive on time. Your slot ends on the hour, even if you start late.
• You play at your own risk. The venue is responsible for its courts and facilities.

Your information

• How we collect, use and keep your details, including your payment receipt, is in our Privacy notice.

Changes and law

• We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and booking after a change means you accept it.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
